Freediving - Group Training
Friday group training started out of a desire to strengthen our freediving community.
The training is designed to bring divers together, give them knowledge and the option to continue learning from qualified and professional instructors with extensive knowledge, even in the context of "light training."
Group training is an amazing opportunity to continue practicing, deepening knowledge, and improving from time to time.
We would be happy to start the weekend with you in a water session, waiting for you :)
Training structure:
Group Training - Every Friday
On Fridays, a special group training session is held led by Adam Hale / Ariel Kedmi - founders of the Israel Freediving Club.
The training is scheduled regularly and any certified diver who feels comfortable escorting another diver is welcome to attend:
During the training, Adam and Ariel move between the buoys, accompany the dives and provide feedback and highlights for improvement and maintenance.
This training is actually a combination of a "fun session" and "guided water training":
Which allows you to increase your confidence in being an independent free diver and along the way also learn, become more professional and improve thanks to the professional guidance in the water.
The training includes videos of you from the water - both as a souvenir and mainly so that you can analyze the
dive and learn from them!
There is an option to start the training with a warm-up and dry preparation session for the water session that includes:
Breathing exercises, pressure equalization practice, special stretches for free divers and general refreshment.
Cost of guided group training:
100 NIS for a diver with full personal equipment.
150 NIS per diver who needs equipment.
Session length between one and a half to two hours
Cost of guided group training including warm-up and preparation session:
150-200 NIS per diver.

Session length in the water is between two and three hours - training hours are not fixed
