Static Apnea Workshop
This workshop is suitable for any freediver who wants to feel more comfortable during long breath-holds.
You'll learn to maximize your breath-hold ability in the water without movement. Through preparation and breathing exercises, you'll reach static apnea times of over 3 minutes in the water, safely and enjoyably, while activating your natural mammalian dive reflex, under the close supervision of a Freedive Israel instructor.
The day is divided into two parts:
Classroom session:
Through lectures and breathing techniques, we'll help you arrive in the water fully prepared.
Water session:
Enjoy a ratio of up to 4 participants per instructor, allowing for personal attention and precise guidance to improve your diving technique.
Your instructor stays with you throughout your time underwater, whatever the depth, which builds a strong sense of confidence and safety.

Prerequisites:
No prior freediving certification is required.

All breath-hold work is done under your instructor's close supervision, first "dry" on land and then in the pool. Thorough, precise preparation will help you reach impressive breath-hold results.
