Breathing is the basis of everything. Many of us are preoccupied in one way or another during the day with how much exercise I do or what I ate, what I drank, what diet is most effective for my body, etc.
What may escape our attention is that it is possible to live a whole life without exercise, many days without eating, a few days without drinking, but without breathing for only a few minutes. Which means that if we put our attention on the breath, become aware of it and fix it, everything else will fix itself…."
