Pressure comparison exercises 

In the video above, we will learn some basic and advanced exercises to improve the comparison of pressure / pompom for free diving.

In free diving, one of the things that will determine how deep we can dive and for how long the dive will be, is our ability to compare pressures. In order to compare pressures correctly, we want to maintain relaxation in the body and head. Some things to pay attention to when comparing pressures: - Do not move the intercostal and abdominal muscles. - Do not contract the facial muscles, especially around the poor. - Do not make noises while comparing pressures.
